Starting from the 12th of October Nefula will held a three days workshop at La Scuola Open Source.

The workshop aims to prepare the participants to relate with the complexity of the present and to speculate on possible future scenarios.

During the workshop participants will learn the Near Future Design methodology and apply it to the theme of collaborative platforms. Guided by Nefula, participants will explore the Consensual Reality (what’s perceived as normal) of the theme, searching for Curious Rituals (things and behaviours perceived unusual) and the State of Arts and Technologies. This will lead to the production of a Future Map, a scheme that contains the elements that could constitute the near future.
Participants will select their preferable futures and develop them into pre-totypes able to rise discussions about the possible futures that collaborative platforms could live.
